A Team You Can Count On
Clearfork County Communications serves as the central public safety communications center for the State of Texas Roleplay community.
Our communications personnel connect citizens, law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency medical personnel, and other public safety resources during routine operations, emergencies, and major incidents.
From receiving calls for service and dispatching the appropriate resources to coordinating radio traffic and supporting multi-agency responses, Clearfork County Communications plays a critical role in keeping responders informed, organized, and connected.
Our dispatchers are expected to operate with professionalism, accuracy, composure, and attention to detail. Every call and radio transmission has the potential to affect the safety of responders and the citizens they serve.

Emergency Communications / Dispatch DISPATCH
The Emergency Communications / Dispatch Division serves as the operational center of Clearfork County Communications.
Dispatch personnel are responsible for receiving calls for service, assigning public safety resources, coordinating radio communications, maintaining unit status, and supporting active incidents throughout the community.
Primary Responsibilities
• Emergency and non-emergency calltaking
• Law enforcement dispatch
• Fire and EMS dispatch
• Public safety radio communications
• Unit and apparatus status management
• Call creation and incident updates
• Priority and emergency radio traffic
• Interagency communications
• Resource coordination
• Major incident communications
• Multi-agency incident support
• Dispatcher support for pursuits, working fires, major medical incidents, and other high-priority events
Whether coordinating a routine traffic stop, managing resources for a structure fire, or supporting a large-scale emergency, Clearfork County Communications provides the communications backbone necessary to keep public safety operations moving.

Law Enforcement Dispatch LE DISPATCH
Communications personnel assigned to law enforcement operations support officers and deputies throughout their shifts by managing calls for service, monitoring radio traffic, maintaining unit status, and coordinating additional resources when requested.
Responsibilities may include:
• Dispatching calls for service
• Running priority radio traffic
• Coordinating backup units
• Supporting vehicle and foot pursuits
• Managing emergency traffic
• Coordinating multi-unit incidents
• Maintaining awareness of available units
• Relaying critical updates to responding personnel
Subdivision
Fire & EMS Dispatch FIRE / EMS
Fire and EMS communications personnel coordinate emergency responses involving fire suppression, rescue, emergency medical services, hazardous conditions, and other specialized incidents.
Responsibilities may include:
• Dispatching fire and EMS apparatus
• Coordinating initial alarm assignments
• Managing additional alarm requests
• Tracking responding apparatus
• Maintaining incident radio channels
• Supporting command personnel
• Coordinating mutual aid resources
• Relaying updated incident information
• Supporting major fire, rescue, and medical operations

Emergency Calltaking CALLTAKING
Calltaking personnel serve as the initial point of contact for citizens requesting assistance.
Dispatchers gather essential information, determine the nature and priority of the incident, and ensure the appropriate public safety resources receive accurate information as quickly as possible.
Information gathered may include:

• Nature of the emergency
• Caller information
• Suspect or vehicle descriptions
• Patient information
• Hazards
• Weapons information
• Scene conditions
